About Astrology
Astrology is when a person is born at a particular place on a particular day and time when his fate is in perfect mathematically calculated harmony with the progress of the stars in the sky (Sun, Moon, and other planets). It’s a scientific fact that the gravitational pull of the Moon and Sun affects the ocean tides. There are people who still plant crops based on the cycles of the Sun and Moon because they effect the amount of moisture pulled up to the surface of the earth. Why would not these forces also affect the development of a person who spends the first 9 months of their life in the watery environment of the womb – development of the brain and therefore his personality? Babies are not born as blank slates. They have different personalities – some are demanding, some are quiet and observant. Then once we are born, the same gravitational and energy effects would affect us, because a human body is made up of more than 60% water.

Astrology is able to present a complete and comprehensive picture of the person and his potential. On the other hand, It is also believed that Astrology is based on the theory of Fate or Karma. The good and bad deeds of your past life determine your fate or karma of your present life and actions of your present life affect your future karma. However, at the same time it does not preach us the total dependence on fate.

If you are dealt with good cards, but play them badly you will loose. However, if you have bad cards and play carefully- you can win. It is like a road map of destiny. One cannot blame the road map if you are drunk or drive badly and have an accident. However, your fate is in your hands. The scriptures guide us by telling what is good and what is bad, what to do and what not to do, how to do and how not to do. Therefore, when to do it but at the end of the day one should not forget that GOD has given us a mind to use, to act according to our conscious knowledge, intelligence, discrimination and experience and we cannot blame the ALMIGHTY for everything.
